Residential A Classification on island of Oahu, Hawaii was created to raise property taxes levied on second homes other than primary residences, and includes only properties valued at $1 million or more.
Honolulu property owner's attorney said "his client will appeal the city's assessment for the Residential A classification, which applies to parcels valued at $1million or more that do not have a homeowner's exemption."
